Ruby on Rails - Software Engineer
Requirements
- Hands on knowledge in Ruby on Rails
- Familiarity with GIT's featured branch process
- AWS cloud CI/CD and server management
- Familiarity with the performance improvement tools like Newrelic
- Using Agile process methodologies and SCRUM practices to improve efficiency
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality web applications using Ruby on Rails
- Design and develop databases and APIs using Ruby on Rails
- Optimize code to ensure high performance, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot, debug, and fix existing code
- Implement best practices for coding and maintain code quality
- Collaborate with other developers to ensure product features meet customer needs
Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, MCA or related domain
- 3+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development
- Expertise in the following technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Ruby
Skills
- Experience working with databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design and development principles
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and on a team
